What is Scotch Doubles Bowling?
Scotch Doubles is a fun, fast-paced team bowling format where two people share one score — but only one ball is thrown at a time.
Instead of each bowler completing an entire frame, teammates alternate shots within the same frame:
Bowler A rolls the first ball of the frame
Bowler B rolls the second ball (and any third ball in the 10th frame if needed)
Then you switch roles in the next frame
This means teamwork really matters — you celebrate strikes together, you recover spares together, and you laugh off the tough frames together. It keeps the game moving, keeps everyone engaged, and makes for a really social, interactive bowling experience — perfect for a fundraiser night.
Whether you're competitive or just there for fun, Scotch Doubles is about partnership, energy, and having a great time for a great cause.
50/50 Raffle & Prize Drawings
We’ll also be running a 50/50 raffle, where:
Half of the money raised goes to one lucky winner
The other half goes directly to supporting Dynamic Lakeshore
