In this course, we broaden our understanding of stress and explore how to shift the way we relate to it using practical tools and mind–body techniques. Discover how to turn stress into an ally, building on your existing strategies, and find strength through connection.Course Objectives
1. Explore your relationship with stress; and what your calming techniques and stressors are.
2. Understand the evidence around consciously changing the way you relate and react to stress.
3. Practice different mind/body strategies to relate to stress in a beneficial way.
4. Identify ways to strengthen these practices and link to community.
Course Requirements
Online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. You'll require access to a compatible device and Zoom account.
Face-to-face sessions will be delivered in-person at the venue listed.
You're encouraged to bring a water bottle, pen/pencil and notebook/journal, if possible.
Please note that refreshments are not provided.
