A still moment of reflection as we welcome the new year.

This guided event invites you to breathe, be still, and reconnect with yourself in the precious pause between the old and the new years. It is a gentle invitation to step away from the rhythm of daily life and into a space where time softens, creating room for clarity, calm, and authentic connection with yourself.

Our facilitator will hold space for reflections on what has been. This is an opportunity to acknowledge, celebrate, and release what you no longer need, and to begin shaping the intentions that can quietly sustain you as the new year unfolds.

Join us in this liminal moment of wintering calm to share restoration and reconnection through a thoughtfully curated sequence of guided meditation, breath work, and an immersive sound bath. The session draws on Tibetan singing bowls, intuitive sound textures, and lyrical vocalisation, offered with care and sensitivity by The Still Room's internationally trained facilitator.

This gathering reflects The Still Room Studio’s values of stillness, authenticity, curiosity, connection, community, lightness, and gentle contribution. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Your facilitator

Your facilitator is internationally trained in the delivery of bespoke and intuitive sound experiences, working with a range of traditional instruments and techniques. Their work is rooted in sensitivity, deep listening, and an ability to hold space with care, allowing each participant to relax, restore, and reconnect in their own way.
