About this Event
After 43 horrific days working round the clock under constant bombardment in the emergency rooms of Gaza’s hospitals, British-Palestinian reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah, emerged to find himself as a face of the Palestinian resistance. Determined to capture his raw emotions, these filmmakers began filming the moment he arrived.
Director Bio - Carol Mansour, Muna Khalidi
Carol Mansour is a documentary filmmaker who focuses on social justice and human rights. With over 24 years in documentary production, she has achieved international recognition for her work.
Muna Khalidi, with a Ph.D. in health policy/planning, started collaborating with Mansour on the research and production of documentary films.
