The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance – equal parts light and dark, and invites us to gently turn toward renewal, clarity, and forward movement. In this deeply restorative offering, Yoga Nidra and the sound of the Gong come together to support rest, recalibration, and intentional awakening as the season shifts.You will be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra practice designed to calm the nervous system and access a state of conscious rest. As you rest comfortably, the resonant tones of the gong will weave through the practice, helping to clear stagnant energy, soften mental tension, and create spaciousness for new beginnings.
During the practice, you’ll be invited to connect with a Sankalpa, or heartfelt intention – one that reflects what you are ready to nurture or call forward as the light returns. This intention is held gently within the quiet layers of awareness, allowing it to take root without effort or force.
This experience offers a place to pause at the threshold of spring, honoring what is ready to be released while welcoming the gradual return of light, energy, and growth.
All are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and any props that support your comfort in stillness, such as blankets, bolsters, or an eye covering.
