Discover the precision, discipline, and sparkle of the Radio City Rockettes in this advanced holiday masterclass led by former Rockette Jennifer Rias, founder of The Broadway Edge, a training organization that provides industry informed coaching, mentorship, and Broadway level development opportunities.
This experience is also a perfect chance to get back into the studio during that pre–New Year lull and sharpen your technique with Broadway level training right in your own backyard.
This 2.5-hour immersive experience takes place in the professional dance studios at the Seton Hill University Performing Arts Center, where participants will take a 90-minute precision dance class and learn choreography inspired by the beloved Christmas Spectacular. After class, the group will travel to the historic Palace Theatre for an exclusive onstage presentation of the routine. A 25-minute moderated Q and A with Jennifer follows, offering insight into auditioning, performance expectations, and life as a Rockette. The experience concludes with an autograph and photo opportunity, along with a complimentary “Rockette Red” lipstick for each participant.
This experience is part of The Academy at Westmoreland Cultural Trust’s Broadway to the Palace Masterclass Series, presented in collaboration with Seton Hill University and The Broadway Edge.

⭐ ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: JENNIFER RIAS
Jenn was in the Original Broadway Companies of The Cher Show, Escape to Margaritaville, War Paint, and Aladdin, and made her Broadway debut in Rock of Ages. She was also a World-Famous Radio City Rockette and is featured on the Radio City Christmas Spectacular 75th Anniversary DVD.
Her choreography credits include:
• A Doll’s House with Jessica Chastain (Broadway)
• International Premiere of Beaches the Musical (Theatre Calgary)
• Tootsie (Moonlight Stage Productions, Ogunquit Playhouse)
• Spamalot (Ogunquit Playhouse)
Jenn is currently the Associate Choreographer for the U.S. Tour, Australian, and upcoming Vienna companies of Beauty and the Beast. She also served as Associate Choreographer for the North American tours of Aladdin and Dear Evan Hansen.
