A Sound bath experience in Sutton Coldfield - THE MONDAY RESET

After a busy weekend, start your week from a place of calm.

The Monday Reset is a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system and gently clear mental clutter before the week gathers pace. This session is open to ages 15 and over—whether you’re navigating work, school or simply the general business of life.

You’ll be guided into rest through grounding instruments , resonant gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls and delicate chimes. These layered, immersive sounds are more than just beautiful—they work with the body’s natural relaxation response, supporting slower brainwave states linked to restoration, focus and emotional balance.

There’s nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the vibrations to wash over you. Many people report feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded afterwards—like hitting a reset button for the week ahead.

No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothes and warm layers, something comfortable to lie on (like a yoga mat, camp mattress or zero gravity chair), bring a pillow and blanket, an optional eye mask, water for hydration and an openness to pause.
