✨ Silent Yoga UK Experience ✨
Step into a deeply calming evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and truly rest.
Join us at Rise Bournemouth inside the Hilton Bournemouth for a unique wellbeing experience in partnership with Silent Yoga UK.
You’ll begin by lying down and being gently guided through soothing yin stretches, using your breath to release tension and melt into the body. Wearing Silent Yoga UK headphones, you’ll be immersed in calming guidance and music, helping you switch off from distractions and tune into yourself.
The session flows into a guided yoga nidra meditation, often called “yogic sleep”, a powerful practice that supports deep rest and nervous system reset. This will be complimented with a thoughtful goodie bag, warm tea and snacks.
Led by yoga teachers @R1se_Faye and Anna from Silent Yoga UK, this session is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and recharged.
