A series of unfortunate events ... The will be presenting an interactive morning workshop on navigating complex and multi-layered employee relations cases involving performance/conduct to long term absence and grievances. We will be looking at strategies to manage overlapping processes, the impact on individuals involved, mitigating risk and finding solutions.
There will also be updates on any noteworthy employment law developments as well as some interesting employment tribunal cases.

About our Speakers:

Kerrie is Head of the Employment & Immigration Team with extensive experience in advising on all aspects of her clients’ HR and People strategies. Natalie advises across a wide variety of sectors, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a view to offering clients’ senior management and HR teams proactive advice and improved risk management for their businesses. Natalie advises extensively on management of capability and ill health issues, redundancy and collective consultations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, employment tribunal litigation and outsourcing issues. She regularly provides corporate support work on acquisitions and disposals involving TUPE.
