A Seat At The Table exists to help more women step into leadership across the Tees Valley by making space, opening doors and creating real opportunities to lead. These events are designed to educate, inspire and connect women who want to take action and create change where it matters most.

Your Host

We’re delighted to welcome Helen Lyne, Founder of Pneuma Legal, an independent, business-led law firm being established in Teesside. Helen has built her career helping founders, SMEs, and leadership teams navigate complex disputes and make confident, commercially sound decisions.

A strong advocate of preventative litigation, she works alongside businesses through growth and change, embedding practical legal advice into everyday decision-making rather than stepping in only when problems arise. Pneuma Legal was created to bridge the gap between traditional legal models and the realities of running a modern business, offering proactive, integrated support that truly works for business leaders.

Alongside her client work, Helen mentors local businesses and is passionate about investing in people, strengthening the Teesside community, and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.
