Day one you will prepare you pattern to your size, cut and sew a basic toile to get a good fit then start your final dress. Day two you will enjoy the process of sewing this lovely dress.

What you will need to bring:
Sewing machine threaded and working - Please note if you need to use one of our machines you will need to inform us at the booking stage as we have limited machines available.
Sewing kit, pins, scissors, seam ripper etc
Your chosen fabric for the dress
Suitable fabric types - Mid weight fabrics such as denim, cotton twill, lightweight canvas, Ramie.
Toile fabric
Matching thread
Interfacing
A list will be emailed to you with amounts when you have booked on the course.

Please note we try to calculate how long a workshop will be and plan to finish each garment in the allocated time but this isn’t always possible, If you are unable to finish in the workshop time we will make sure you are confident with your garment to be finished at home.
We need a minimum of 4 people for this workshop go ahead, if this number isn’t achieved by one week before we will be contacting you with an alterative date, if you are unable to re-schedule we offer a full refund.
