Air & Awakening: A Spring Cacao + Movement JourneyWe begin in the East, and is the first of our 4 journeys with the seasons —
It is the realm of first light, fresh winds, and the quiet promise of renewal. We start with ceremonial cacao to soften the heart, we open into Awakening Breath, gently expanding the chest, mind, and imagination. From this softened state, you’re guided into a shamanic-style journey to meet an Air ally or guide — a presence that offers clarity, uplift, and inspiration for the season ahead.
Carrying this connection, we move into breath-led somatic movement and playful, improvisational dance. Here, the qualities of Air become embodied: spaciousness, curiosity, lightness, and the subtle excitement of spring. We then move down to the floor and into stillness for a relaxing integrating gong bath.
The session closes with reflective journaling to translate your insights into grounded next steps for daily life.
What to expect:

• Gentle Gong Bath integration with journaling and optional sharing.
Who this is for:

Practical details:
Bring a journal, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Cacao alternatives provided if needed. Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the container.
