550 hr Yoga Teacher Certified, Jessie focuses on ways to bring the mind and body into union through flow, breath, and sound. She believes alignment in the body will bring us in alignment with our better selves in our everyday life. She has a passion for sound healing intentionally choosing frequencies that enhances the body’s ability to repair itself.
