For me, freedom is the journey of understanding myself—beyond the beliefs I’ve been taught or inherited. It is about questioning the culture that has shaped my experiences, the family, teachers, and values ingrained within me. But here’s the question we often avoid: Are my ideals truly my own? Where do my values come from—fear, morality, or inherited beliefs? Have I ever questioned the foundation of what I hold as true? Consider this: -Do I love my parents because I want to, or because I feel I have to, as society dictates? Do I even like my parents as Human beings? -Do I follow rules because I truly believe in them, or because I was taught to? Freedom isn’t something someone can give you. It’s something you discover by questioning everything—even the things you’ve never thought to question. This baithak is an invitation to explore your sense of freedom, your individuality, and what it means to live as an authentic, self-aware person. It’s not an easy path. To be truly free, we must look at ourselves with honesty: If you have noticed yourself asking the questions below, then you should definitely be attending this baithak: -Why do I act the way I do? -Do I feel jealous, insecure, or shallow? -Can I notice these feelings without judgment? This awareness is the beginning of understanding. And understanding is freedom. True freedom doesn’t come from labels, affiliations, or ideologies. It is found in the courage to look inward, to reflect, and to choose authentically.
