2. Participants should arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
3. Appropriate attire is required and decorum must be maintained during performances.
4. Offensive language or content is strictly prohibited.
5. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior.
