About this Event
In this three-hour morning retreat, we'll peel back the layers of identity that have been holding you backfrom being your nost authentic self. By identifying and reinstating boundaries, eliminating people-pleasing beahviour, we will celebrate who you are at your very core, giving you a chance to meet your own needs, wholly and completely.
Through our signature blend of breathwork, meditation, journalling, sharing and oracle-card readings, we'll reflect on who you are and how to live your life in a way that is happy, purposeful and aligned.
Programme:
- 10am: Refreshments & breakfast at Salisterra
- 10:45am: Join us for a breathwork practice, followed by guided meditationm journalling, oracle cards and sharing to reclaim your connection to your most authentic self.
