As we enter a new year, we invite you to slow down and rest. Join us in person for a gentle, restorative sound bath designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and deep relaxation.
This offering is a quiet space to pause, breathe, and be held by sound — without pressure to “reset” or “start fresh.” Whether you’re carrying grief, stress, or simply feeling the weight of the season, you are welcome just as you are.
