This guided two-hour experience offers space to pause from the pace of daily life and simply receive. You’ll begin with gentle grounding to help you settle into your body, followed by an extended period of hands-off Reiki as you rest comfortably.
No prior experience with Reiki is needed. This gathering is open to all who are seeking calm, clarity, and renewal.
Held in the calming environment of the Energy Wave Center, this experience beautifully complements the center’s frequency-based technology—enhancing integration, release, and whole-body healing.
The small group setting allows for personal attention and a deeply connected experience.
This is designed for anyone seeking to relax, recharge, and reconnect with their natural sense of balance. You’ll leave feeling more centered, spacious, and reset.

ABOUT DANA VALLEY, Usui Reiki Master Teacher
Dana is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Health and Wellness Coach who guides individuals and groups in energy healing and personal transformation. She blends Reiki with shamanic journeying, mind-body medicine, and Dagara divination, integrating her training as a Center for Mind-Body Medicine Facilitator to support relaxation, insight, and healing.
An initiated Dagara diviner and shrine keeper, Dana honors the lineage of Malidoma Somé and the ancestral teachings of the Dagara people of Burkina Faso.
