Join us for a two-day Qi Gong workshop dedicated to the feminine body, its wisdom, rhythms, and the healing power of circular movement.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the circling nature of Qi, blood, and body fluids. Our bodies are mostly fluid — in constant motion, nourishing us, connecting us, and carrying life. Through spiral, wave-like, and circular movements we reconnect with this deep intelligence and the essence of feminine energy: Yin.
The circle symbolizes wholeness, harmony, and renewal. It’s also the path of our bodies, emotions, and lives — arising, growing, dissolving, and returning.

About the teacher:
Renata Schoch is a deeply experienced teacher of Qi Gong and Nei Gong, specializing in feminine energy work. Her classes are a gentle yet powerful invitation to reconnect with the body, emotions, and inner power — rooted in Daoist traditions, adapted to modern life.
