David Connell, author of Cooking with Magic Mushrooms: The Psilocybin Cookbook

David Connell is a U.S. Airforce Veteran, science writer, and editor with nearly a decade of experience in the psychedelic space. During the course of his decade of military service, David deployed to four continents and served multiple tours in Africa, Afghanistan, and the Middle East. After his service, David found himself swimming in a sea of VA-prescribed antidepressants while trying to cope with depression and PTSD. Unable to find relief, he began exploring psychedelics as an alternative to pharmaceuticals, with resounding success. His work attempts to share what he learned so that others may find peace and healing through humanity's psychedelic allies.

Daniel McQueen, author of Psychedelic Cannabis: Therapeutic Methods and Unique Blends to Treat Trauma and Transform Consciousness

Daniel McQueen, MA is the Executive Director, Psychedelic Specialist, and Lead Educator for Psychedelic Sitters School and a DMTx Researcher. As a bridge between how clients’ lives have been and how they wish them to be, Daniel’s work takes on many forms, including facilitating individual Psychedelic Cannabis and Ketamine experiences with medical oversight, guided meditation sessions, individual coaching, classes, and community support. Although trained as a clinical psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, Daniel identifies professionally as an advanced Psychedelic Guide, an expert consultant in the field of psychedelics. Since 2014, he has worked professionally with psychedelics such as ketamine, psilocybin mushrooms, DMT, and cannabis, continually amazed by their potential as tools for healing and profound exploration. He coaches and educates new journeyers, the psychedelic curious, and advanced practitioners of psychedelic journeywork.

With over 25 years of experience in transformational and healing arts, Daniel has studied various spiritual and psychological traditions, including energy healing, transformational alchemy, and shamanic practices, and has received advanced education in Psilocybin Support Services, Harm Reduction, and MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy through MAPS. He specializes in coaching individuals who use psychedelic substances, offering safety, integration, and a strong, objective, open, and affirming space characterized by acceptance and compassion, all while addressing concerns and helping clients navigate significant life transitions.
