What better way to start the New Year, than getting energized and charged with the healing light that is Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) in a loving community circle.Join us here at Oak Grove Retreat for a very special Reiki Share/Circle led by Third Degree Reiki (Usui) Master Kelly Gene Rye. Together we will learn the wonders and benefits of Reiki and how it can be a powerful healing modality for ourselves, loved ones, and community. This will also be a great opportunity to experience Reiki first hand, in a community circle of like minded individuals who ultimately strive for the same goal, peace and love for all.
Healing isn’t just for times of great pain or strife. It is something that can be done to create feelings of peace, relaxation, and well-being every day. And, more importantly, everyone possesses the power to be their own healer. They only need to learn how to align with their higher self and tune into their energy to unlock their abilities. Reiki, a renowned ancient wellness practice with roots in Japan, uses soothing vibrations, usually generated from the hands, to release emotional blockages and relax the body. This proven and honored technique is a natural way to strengthen your immune system, lower stress levels, and relieve physical and emotional pain (and so much more). With expert guidance, anyone can tap into their inner healer and cultivate a Reiki practice that rejuvenates their mind, body, soul, spirit and beyond...
What is Reiki?
If you’re new to this, at its core, Reiki is a healing practice that involves channeling energy through the hands to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well being. This ancient healing modality can help balance one's energy on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Helping to bring peace, calm, and tranquility to all of your vital energy centers in and around the body. Reiki sessions involve a practitioner using little to lite (or no touch), to channel reiki energy (universal life force, chi, prana, mana, etc.) into the participant. Essentially bringing a sense of ease and rejuvenation, through the channel of Light and Love.
What is a Reiki Share?
Reiki shares are gatherings where Reiki practitioners come together to share their skills and offer healing to one another. These circles offer numerous benefits to practitioners, including: a deeper sense of community, enhanced skills, and a more profound understanding of the power of Reiki. Reiki exchange circles provide practitioners with a space to practice and deepen their skills, while receiving healing themselves. The best of both worlds if you ask me!
Not a Reiki (Level I, II, III) Practitioner? That’s okay, all is welcome!! Join us to learn more about the beautiful world of Reiki and receive a memorable healing experience by like-minded and loving practitioners within your community.
If you decide to join this amazing Reiki share, you can expect to experience a supportive, nurturing atmosphere where you can give and receive Reiki, connect with other practitioners, and deepen your understanding of this powerful healing modality. Whether you are new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner, a Reiki share can be an enriching and illuminating experience that helps to foster personal growth and community.
