Beît Ballout’s story starts with a Singaporean woman, a Lebanese man, and their shared love for organic extra-virgin olive oil. Beît Ballout prides itself in its 100% cold press techniques, and most importantly paying homage to the olive trees which are grown on the magical lands of the Levante. Beît Ballout has partnered with Master Chef Winner Mr. Inderpal Singh and The Providore to bring you an unforgettable night of cultural fusions that marry Singaporean flavours to Lebanese cuisine. Hence, showcasing the very essence of who Beît Ballout is; not just a brand, but a collective of cross-cultural stories.

1. Appetizer: Pani Puri with Labneh, Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Spicy Dhal, Fresh Mint and Beît Ballout EVOO
2. Starter: Scallop Ceviche, Chili Padi, Lime Zest and Honey with Beît Ballout EVOO Roasted Bread and Olive Oil Pearls
3. Entrée (Interactive Portion): Olive Oil Rolled Samosa Cone, Blood Orange and Mushroom Chaat served with Tabbouleh
4. Mains: Prawn Laksa Bisque served with Stuffed Zucchini (“Kusa”) and Crispy Arabic Bread Coated in Sumac and Thyme
5. Dessert: Chocolate Olive Oil Sponge Cake, Orange Segments, Sea Salt, Served with Vanilla Ice-cream with Olive Oil Drizzle

【ABOUT THE CHEF】

An accountant by trade, Chef Inderpal left the world of numbers to pursue his love in the kitchen. He started his brand, mr.singh.eats during COVID to see how well his Butter Chicken would be received, and later on, decided to pursue his passion full-time.

He eventually signed up for MasterChef Season 4 in 2022 to see how far his chef dreams would take him, and his creativity, passion, and skills saw him emerging as the winner for the season.

Since his Masterchef win, Chef Inderpal has gone on to do exciting collaborations with brands such as SPRUCE, Kind Kones, Surrey Hills Grocers, and Indomie. He also had successful pop-up runs in Singapore with brands such as Luzerne and Bollywood Farms, and served as an ambassador for Singaporean cuisine on a five-week tour in India in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board.

• Ticket sales close on 29 July 2024 Monday.
• If the reservation is cancelled due to the participant's circumstances, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. We are unable to provide a full refund of class fees.
• For cancellations of reservation less than 7 business days before the class date, partipants will be charged the full class fee.
• In the event where this event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be processed within 3 - 7 business days. An official email will be sent out 1 day prior.
