We are partnering with MTHR for an intimate prenatal experience exclusively for expecting mamas inside Rooted, a wellness club for women built to support every stage of motherhood. This one is special and spots are very limited.
Here is what your morning looks like:
- You will start with 30 minutes of prenatal Pilates led by Alison of MTHR, who specializes in pre and postnatal movement and truly gets what your body needs right now.
- No mat required, the class takes place on a soft mat space and you will receive a pair of gifted Pilates socks.
- After class you will have 30 minutes of connection time with fellow expecting mamas and a chance to learn more about everything Rooted has to offer.
