The liturgical season of Advent invites us to pause and reflect. During this time of waiting, we hold our breath in a pregnant pause ripe with expectation & set for the birthing of a new vision. Our reflection will begin by accompanying Mary on her journey to Elizabeth and listening attentively to their conversation. We will then be joined by Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi, whose words & deeds will encourage us to continue along the road to rebirth & healing.
