• Practice attention, improvisation, and non-verbal interaction

• Create a shared scene and reflect on the experience

Open to performers, artists, and anyone curious about embodied expression. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and willingness to move and explore.

Who I am:

I am a performer and experienced facilitator, trained across diverse European theatre and performative traditions. I create safe, supportive spaces where participants feel free to experiment, play, and open their creativity.
