A Pause for WomenGuest at the table – Helen Hoyte, Counsellor, Coach & Tutor
A gentle evening for women to pause and explore ADHD, the nervous system and coming home to themselves.
Many women live with busy minds, deep emotions and constant pressure—often without knowing why.
For some, a later-life ADHD discovery can bring clarity to years of feeling overwhelmed, different or exhausted from trying to keep up.
This is a relaxed, round-the-table evening with Helen Hoyte, who will share her own experience of late diagnosis alongside reflections on the expectations placed on women, the impact of menopause, and what it can feel like to live with a sensitive nervous system.
The evening will be shaped through shared discussion, with space to ask questions, openly talk through ADHD, menopause and women’s wellbeing, and learn from one another in a supportive and collaborative way.
Together, we’ll look at how a deeper awareness of the nervous system can create more space, ease and self-acceptance—allowing us to relate to ourselves in a kinder way.
An evening of connection, shared insight and meaningful exchange—offering space to pause, breathe and feel more at home in yourself.
