Week 2 (6 & 7 June): Stalk to Sack (Threshing Experience)Week 2 offers the answer to the question, How do we get grains of rice from the plant? Here, then, you have the opportunity to get an insight into the process of the separation of the rice grain from the stalk.In fact, you get to participate in this process yourself!
