Come out for A Night of Laughs, a feel-good evening where stand-up comedy meets laughter yoga.
This lighthearted event brings together two very different ways to laugh: the joy of comedy and the wellness benefits of intentional laughter.
Stand-up comedian Neil Berger will bring the punchlines, stories, and classic comedy energy, while Nikki Milligan, Laughter Yoga Leader and happiness expert, will guide a playful laughter yoga experience designed to help you breathe, laugh, loosen up, and leave feeling lighter.
What to Expect
An uplifting evening of stand-up comedy, laughter yoga, connection, and feel-good fun. Enjoy comedy, guided laughter exercises, light movement, and breath — no yoga mat, poses, flexibility, or experience required. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh.
Whether you come with friends, a partner, or on your own, this evening is all about connection, joy, and remembering how good it feels to laugh.
Arrive on time - 6:00–8:00 PM (Laughter Yoga/Stand-up Comedy 6:15-7:15 and Social/Networking 7:15-8:00)

About the Presenters
Neil Berger is a stand-up comedian with over 25 years of experience performing for a variety of audiences, including writing one-liners for Joan Rivers.
Nikki Milligan is a Laughter Yoga Leader and happiness expert who brings joy, energy, and connection through playful laughter yoga experiences. Her sessions blend laughter, breath, movement, and the science of wholebeing happiness in a way that feels uplifting, inclusive, and genuinely fun.
