Take a bier halle–inspired journey through Germany as you taste your way through a flight of four exquisite German beers, each paired with a selection of bratwurst, mustard pairings, and hearty rye bread. Savor the unique characteristics of brews that have been hand-picked by our Beer and Wine Manager to showcase Germany’s proud brewing heritage, from a fresh, well-rounded lager to the rich maltiness of a Dunkel.

After selecting your favorite beer from the flight, sit back and enjoy it with a traditional German dinner. Delight in crispy Wiener schnitzel, tender späetzle, and the sweet tang of braised red cabbage. Conclude your culinary adventure with apple strudel, a classic dessert that celebrates the season’s apples.

Whether you're a beer lover, a food lover, or both, this pairing demonstration is the ultimate way to savor the spirit of German hospitality.

Food Pairings:

• Bratwurst (German Sausage), Mustards, and Rye Bread.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
