Join vocalist Elise Boulanger and pianist Sarah M. Wood for their holiday Christmas show, A Night Before The Night Before. Having played together for over ten years, Boulanger and Wood have a magnetic musical chemistry that will bring you Christmas cheer and unwrap the lore of seasonal songs and stories. Be cradled by both the traditional and uncovered songs about solstice and the winter. The two perform Wood’s striking Christmas medleys
Boulanger is a well-known classically-trained musician playing at some of the island's largest festivals with her self-titled Orchestral Indie-Pop project, Elise Boulanger, including Woodstove and Canada Day Victoria. She has toured Western and Eastern Canada and graced several theatres on the island and lower mainland. She continues to release music which can be heard on YouTube and beyond
Piano prodigy, entertainer and composer Sarah M. Wood is an accomplished playwright and winner of the 2011 Vancouver Island Music Awards' Instrumental Album of the year. Wood has an infectiously happy personality will delight you with her adventurous and phenomenally brilliant piano musings
