As yogis we don't need a new year's resolution - each time we practice we make a resolve to be present, to be mindful. But if you want to make a new year's resolution to make more time for you, to enjoy yoga more regularly, I will give you every encouragement.Come and share the morning with me and a small group of friendly yogis, as we journey through a gentle, flowing yoga practice. The practice is designed to give your body, breath and mind the time they need to settle, slow down and feel good.
The yoga is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis, all you need to be able to do is get up and down from the floor, we won't be doing headstands and handstands, I like to think we can have as much fun with one or two feet on the floor!
I will provide a healthy and hearty vegetarian brunch / lunch, giving us all time to chat and get to know each other a little. I think yoga is a lovely way to meet new people or catch up with friends, so having time to eat and chat is important to me.
