About this Event

Manchester Met and Nuffield Health are committed to harnessing movement as a powerful tool to significantly enhance the quality of life and health for individuals living with long-term conditions.

During this event we will showcase new research on how exercised-based rehabilitation, delivered by upskilled personal trainers, is improving outcomes for patients, reducing pressure on the NHS, and delivering measurable social and economic value.

The event will also launch a major new free programme, aimed at patients living with long term conditions.

During the event you will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet participants who have benefitted from the programme
  • Hear directly form clinicians that have seen the transformation firsthand
  • Learn how the new programme can benefit more people
