Sarah and Arthur are coming together for a unique and creative day of natural Christmas demonstrations, inspiring you to decorate for and host your most abundant, beautiful and natural Christmas yet.This day is all about how to create the most beautiful and abundant Christmas decorations, in a completely sustainable and homemade way. In the morning, Sarah will talk you through her top winter flowers and how best to condition them to maximise their vase life. Before lunch she'll also demonstrate how to create a table centre for Christmas week, as well as the finest winter flower hand-tied bunch to give as Christmas presents to family and friends.
After lunch Arthur will demonstrate how to fill your home with awe-inspiring and exciting Christmas displays that are both sustainable and beautiful, using dried flowers collected through the seasons at Perch Hill, huge amounts of sparkling lights, forced winter flowering bulbs, houseplants, and favourite tried and tested vases. This is a unique day, not to be missed!
This demo day is taught by Sarah and Arthur Parkinson together. There may be a few slides in the morning but the day will be predominantly demonstration based. You'll be encouraged to take photos throughout the day to take home and use for reference.
It is held at Perch Hill Farm, Brightling, Robertsbridge, East Sussex, TN32 5HP.
The day lasts from 11am-4pm, including tea/coffee and cake on arrival. Lunch will be served in greenhouse looking out onto the lawn (cordial, not wine served with lunch.
