About this Event
Join us for a morning of self-care at Kuya Wellness created exclusively for Human Resource Professionals.
We will start with our house-made "Presence" adaptogenic lattes and a brief connection circle, a relaxed space to get to know Kuya Wellness and build rapport with fellow HR professionals.
Next, we will move into a guided sauna meditation experience led by one of our trusted faciliators, Christine Anderson. You can expect a 60-minute class blending mindfulness, heat, and gentle breathwork to calm the mind, rest the nervous system, and awaken clarity.
We’ll move through three sauna rounds, each followed by time to cold plunge and integrate before re-entering the heat. The rhythm of breath, contrast, and stillness helps release tension and reconnect you to a sense of aliveness. Cold plunging is optional!
We have spacious locker rooms with ammenities such as towels, showers, soaps, and lotions. All you'll need to bring is a swimsuit!
