Start your weekend on a high-note with a mindful moment of connection for you and your friends at our mini morning retreat.

Yoga + lunch are two of our favourite things to do, so what better to bring them together whilst indulging in some good ol' fashioned human interaction!

This morning retreat is perfect for:

-Anyone looking for a reset at the beginning of the weekend.

-Beginners who are interested in learning more about yoga in a beautiful sanctuary

-Anyone who's looking to indulge in a whole plant-based culinary experience to find inspiration and to diversify their palate.


Together we will embrace positivity, setting you up for a wonderful day and preparing you for moving towards spring. We will start with a balancing breath led yoga class to support transitioning from the busy ness of the week to a more grounded, relaxed you. This practices will be suitable for all abilities. About the hosts

Avi teaches a style of Hatha flowing yoga combined with mindful movement to bring together mind, body and breath in a grounding gentle practice which embraces the body where it is today.

Natassja at Drop The Beet is a plant-based and functional nutrition enthusiast. With a strong passion for health and well-being. Natassja will guide you through a conscious eating experience taking you through the global palate one mouthful at a time.
