đ§ââď¸ Tuesday Sept 23 & Oct 14th| 630â730 PM | Entry By donation Life gets loud. Stress builds up. We find ourselves reacting instead of respondingâand feeling totally disconnected from our bodies, emotions, and spirit. Thatâs where mindfulness comes in.
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing compassionate, nonjudgmental awareness to the present moment. It helps us get out of autopilot and into connectionâwith our thoughts, our bodies, our emotions, and something deeper. Itâs one of the most powerful tools we have for nervous system regulation, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual grounding.
This group is for anyone who wants to feel more calm, curious, and connected. Whether youâre managing anxiety, trying to slow down your reactions, or just looking for a sense of peaceâthis practice works. And the benefits are backed by science: better focus, emotional regulation, stress relief, deeper self-awareness, and more joy in daily life.
Each session is a standalone experienceâthereâs no series to commit to, and no pressure to come every time. Youâre welcome to drop in whenever you need a moment of self-connection. Weâll explore different tools and guided practices based on who shows up and what the group needs that night.
Led by Kayden, a trauma-informed mentor whoâs been teaching mindfulness for years as part of her personal and professional healing journey.
Hot tea will be provided. All ages 12 and up are welcome!
Come as you are. Take a breath. Letâs practice.
