Begin your journey by settling into a space of deep auditory rest. Our sound bath is designed to be a meditative experience where you simply lie back, relax, and let the sounds wash over you. Through the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we will gently clear energetic blocks, calm the nervous system, and transition the mind from the chaos of the past year into a state of profound stillness and presence. This is your foundation for setting clear intentions.

After achieving stillness in the sound bath, we will transition into guided, quiet reflection. Using a structured journal prompt, you will be invited to look back at the lessons of the past year, not just the events, but the wisdom gained, and consciously decide what you are ready to release. Most importantly, you will clarify your single, powerful Core Intention for the year ahead (I choose Courage, I embody Peace, I cultivate Abundance). This reflection will serve as the sacred blueprint for your scent creation.

This hands-on experience is where your intention becomes tangible. Using our Comprehensive Essential Oil Intention Guide, you will select oils that align with the purpose you just set during reflection (Frankincense for grounding, Wild Orange for joy, Patchouli for prosperity). We will guide you on how to blend these pure oils into a personal roll-on blend (or candle/object) that acts as an energetic anchor.
