Our next meditation day will be facilitated by Rhona Mackenzie and Catherine Lavelle with guided meditations and poetry readings. Be more present, escape the pressure and rush by being kind and compassionate to yourself.

To help with room hire costs and support our charity - suggested donation £25 / concessions £15 for the day.
Or you can attend just for the morning (10am - 1pm).
Please don't let affordability be a barrier to attendance.
Over 18s only.
Tea/coffee will be provided mid morning and mid afternoon. Bring your own lunch and feel free to have a walk along the Caledonian Canal during the lunch break.
