Cassandra, of Greenlight Gongs, warmly welcomes you to a special outdoor Gong Bath in the beautiful amphitheatre at Trebah Gardens. Nestled amongst the trees, birdsong and the tranquil atmosphere of the garden, this session invites you to lie back, relax and fully immerse yourself in sound and nature.
As the day settles and the early evening light cascades through the canopy, the deep tones of the gongs and Tibetan bowls offer a calming soundscape, designed to help the body unwind and the mind slow down. It’s a simple but powerful way to reset — an experience that is both grounding and magical in such a unique and enchanting setting.
To make the most of your experience, please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Cushion
- Eyemask
- Warm layers
- Blanket
Please read this important information about events at Trebah:
- Doors will open 30 minutes before the event.
- Doors will close 10 minutes after the start time.
- This event takes place in our open-air amphitheatre and we are used to the Cornish weather! Outdoor events will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, so please bring layers and a coat!
- Please allow 20 minutes before the event starts to use the facilities and walk to the amphitheatre.
- Due to the topography of the garden there is limited access to the amphitheatre, which may not be suitable for all types of mobility vehicles. Please call us on 01326 252205 before booking to discuss any access requirements.
- Our only toilets are within the Visitor Centre at the top of the garden.
- Free parking is available for all events.
- Trebah loves dogs but unfortunately they are unable to attend this event. Assistance dogs only please.
- There will be no refreshments available.
