Join us at the UF/IFAS Extension Office Suwannee County, on Mondays & Wednesdays, from 2pm to 4pm, starting August 3rd.
This free eight-class, four-week program is for anyone who is concerned about falls, anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength, anyone who has fallen in the past, and anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns.
You will learn to view falls as controllable, you will set goals for increasing activity, you will learn what changes to make at home to reduce the risk of falling, and you will learn exercises to increase strength and balance!
