🌕 Late Lunar New Year — A Supper Club Gathering 🧧

This theme is inspired by the core symbolism of Lunar New Year: prosperity, luck, wealth, longevity, and renewal. Rather than focusing strictly on traditional dishes, we’re encouraging creative interpretation.

Guests are invited to bring a dish that reflects these ideas in a way that feels meaningful to them — through ingredients, colors, shapes, stories, or personal intention. Think long noodles for longevity, round foods for wholeness, rich flavors for abundance, or a modern reinterpretation of what luck and prosperity look like in your own life.

There’s no pressure to “get it right” — this gathering is about curiosity, sharing, and celebrating symbolism together around the table.

• A warm, welcoming space for both familiar and new faces

Info: Attendees can check-in, explore the property, and get their dish ready for service.

Info: We want to continue to facilitate connection between attendees, so prior to beginning our meal and discussion, we will commence with a little ice breaker activity. Guests will be able to introduce themselves, their dish, and play a collective game to make it easier to get to know each other.

Info: The main event! Build a plate and get to know your neighbors. Make sure to save room for dessert!

Info: Before ending the evening, we pack up our leftovers and prepare them for donation into Baltimore’s Community Fridge Network. We will distribute our dishes the following day to ensure the surplus of our feast can support the most vulnerable in the community. We will also facilitate a closing activity while we go over logistics.
