Join the Vancouver Barracks Military Association as they welcome speaker John Giesen, US Army Master Sergeant, Retired. He will present and discuss a series of scale models of some of the oldest buildings at Vancouver Barracks. The models, including one of Grant House, are based on building plans and maps from the period and have been built by Giesen and others. Giesen, who is president of the association, is an “Army brat” who grew up to serve in the Army and Army Reserves for 34 years, primarily with the 104th Division at Vancouver Barracks.Register for this free program at [email protected].
