A Lone Star Brunch

For ages 13 & up

Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll  create a sugary, crunchy crust on seasonal fruit; poach an egg to perfection; produce a Texas twist on a classic French sauce; and bake a sticky bun.  Then you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts!

For ages 13 & up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Melon, Peach & Cucumber Salad

• Perfectly Poached Eggs on a Toasted English Muffin with Beef Tenderloin & Jalapeno Hollandaise

• Cast Iron Pappas con Chorizo (Potatoes sautéed with Spicy Pork Sausage) 

• Pecan Sticky Buns

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
