A Life in the Arts: An Informal Conversation with QC Alum Laura Lyn DiSiena

Join us for food and an informal conversation with Laura Lyn DiSiena, Queens College alumna, class of 1998. DiSiena will discuss her time at QC, how she developed her career, and answer students' questions on how to achieve professional success.

Laura Lyn DiSiena is an artist, designer, and Art Director at Simon & Schuster, where she designs and art directs children’s titles across picture books, chapter books, middle grade, and graphic novels. She is also the author of titles in the Did You Know? non-fiction picture book series published by Little Simon. Her multidisciplinary practice spans illustration, bookbinding, letterpress, and paper art, reflecting a lifelong interest in storytelling through both word and image.
