Priced from $68++, the Easter Brunch is built for sharing. It opens with a Mezze Platter featuring a Mixed Bread Basket paired with the housemade date butter, Cashew Hummus with smoked paprika and smoked Muhammara with charred capsicum notes, Fried Calamari with zesty lemon aioli and Adana Beef Tartare.
For mains, guests can choose one from a menu that spans the breadth of Levantine cooking: Grilled Chicken Skewers, Turkish Poached Eggs, Fig & Olive Lahmacun, Feta & Spinach Omelette, Red Snapper Fish & Chips, Braised Lamb Shoulder, and Steak & Eggs.
To close desserts include Dubai Chocolate Knafeh, served with a rich dark chocolate sauce, and the Spiced Pear Millefeuille – a crisp layered pastry with spiced pear and creamy fillings. Easter Chocolates will also be shared at the table.
