This presentation introduces participants to the essentials of estate planning. Participants will learn some basics about organizing their affairs, protecting their assets, and planning for incapacity through legal tools like wills and powers of attorney.
This session aims to make estate planning less intimidating and more understandable to help attendees gain confidence about the process. The presentation will be interactive, allowing participants to review their understanding of legal principles and ask questions.
This program will be presented by Stefania Rotundu, a licensed estates lawyer at Arhire Law. Stefania obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is currently enrolled in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners program for lawyers.
