A KING AND NO KING is a Jacobean tragicomedy from 1619. The A plot involves a king who returns victorious from a long war and sees his grown up sister, and oh no! She’s super hot! And oh no! She is equally into him! But don’t worry, everything ends happily and legally. The B plot involves the conquered prince who is brought to marry the princess, but who is already promised to his true love. The C plot involves a cowardly Captain who has accidentally and unwillingly acquired a reputation for valor. Hijinks ensue.A KING AND NO KING runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes with a 15-minute intermission and is performed at Unity Somerville near Davis Square.
