This month is an invitation into a Sacred Journey combining the Medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Conscious Dance and Movement. We welcome you to slow down, take space for you and let go of barriers to giving yourself more permission for deeper joy and pleasure in your body and day to day moments of life.
Ceremonial Cacao is a Sacred Heart Medicine. The Spirit of the Cacao Plant supports a gentle opening of the Heart centre, allowing us into deeper self-love and inner connection. Combining this medicine with the Power of Conscious Connected Breathwork, you are invited into a deep reawakening of your body and senses, which creates a platform for more moments of Pleasure and Joy in day-to-day life.

As women, our Sense-ual (sense-you-all) Nature is the doorway into our deepest Sense of Self. It can open us to living in the present moment, creating a sense of trust, power and connection, in an exquisitely tangible way that you can feel in every cell of your body.
When we have space to become more present in our bodies, and connect more deeply to our 6 senses, we connect to the infinite potential for Pleasure in every day moments of life. Enjoying the simplicity of the soft kiss of the warm sun on your skin. The sweet taste of a delicious piece of fruit, the symphony of sounds in nature or the simple sensations of your own pulse and breath. Every moment provides some much opportunity for connection to the many expressions of Life inside and all around us, and the pleasure that they can bring, if truly connect to the aliveness and potential of our senses.
This womens ceremony will include three powerful components, to transport you into deeper connection to your own heart, and body, and an invitation to permission more pleasure in day to day life:
1. Sharing of Ceremonial Cacao and heart sharing circle
You will be invited in small groups to share your intentions for the ceremony, perhaps an area of life in which you heart wants some healing, or a heart’s desire you want to bring into your life. You will have the option to receive and drink Ceremonial Cacao, prepared by Swaha Devi in sacred ceremony before our meeting, invoking the power of the Cacao Deva, a powerful Heart medicine. This pure genuine Ceremonial grade Cacao is known to support people to connect more deeply to their heart, and experience heart awakenings. If you choose not the drink the cacao, your intention, the Breathwork and dance processes still provide a powerful portal for transformation.
2. Conscious Dance and Movement
you will be guided through conscious dance and movement practices to soften your heart, and awakening your vitality. We will begin to welcome the conscious connected breath at this stage.
3. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
You will be invited to lay on your mat, and move into a deeper inner Shamanic Journey through CCB.

$90 earlybird until 14 July.
$108 full price ticket from 15 July.
Concessions - I have 2 concession tickets available at a discounted rate for any women experiencing financial difficulty that would like to attend.
The event begins at 1pm and will complete around 430pm, noting ceremony like this can be difficult to have a concrete end time. Let me know if there are any questions regarding this.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
CCB is a powerful Shamanic healing tool using a specific active breathing style. Breathing in this very conscious and intentional way can support the reopening of energy and physical pathways to deeper states of pleasure in every day life, a deeper knowing through connection to your “inner healer” and inner source of wisdom, and a deeper trust and confidence in yourself and your life. As we access these powerful inner spaces through conscious connected breathwork ceremony, we can bring these inner resources back more and more into every day life.
CCB IS NOT SUITABLE FOR:
those with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, those having had recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma, or active spiritual emergency. If you fall into any of these categories and would like to attend, please reach out as we can generally provide a slightly different breathing practice that will be safe for your to use during the CCB part of the ceremony.
About your Host
Swaha Devi is the founder of Spirit of She Sacred Women's Gatherings, a sacred women's Mystery School. A modern day mystic, Lifelong student, and teacher of Tantra and other Eastern and Western spiritual and human development practices, Swaha is passionate about sharing empowerment tools to support women to lead more wholesome and present lives.
Swaha Devi has been supporting 1-1 clients and groups through conscious connected Breathwork, Shamanic Healing, sensual embodiment, Transpersonal counselling and transformational retreats in Australia and Internationally for over 18 years. She is also a birth and end of life Doula, passionate about bringing deep love, presence and connection to families during poignant life transitions.
Swaha is a qualified practitioner registered with the Australian Breathwork Association and International Institute of Complimentary Therapists, and a Biodanza Facilitator (International Biodanza Foundation).
