You will gain an understanding of practical holistic techniques and principles, as well as herbal remedies to support you in bringing your immune system back into balance, reducing chronic inflammation, and reducing overall pain.
Whether you are new to holistic practices or looking to deepen your holistic knowledge, this class offers a community space to learn scientifically proven ways to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and improve overall quality of life—one intentional step at a time.
There will also be an open Q&A at the end of the class (not limited to inflammation, pain, and auto-immune). I have been told that many of you that have come into Miss Pearl’s have had questions about specific conditions, specific products, or about which products would be best for you and I wanted to be available to help each of you in person : )
