Join us for A Hidden Light – Women’s History Month Check In, hosted by Check On Your Girls.
Founded 2 years ago, Check On Your Girls hosts monthly check ins, in person and virtual focusing on wellness, health, and personal growth. We have collaborated with women business owners, authors, life coaches, licensed therapists and executive leadership to create intentional and welcoming spaces.
A Hidden Light is about giving a voice to women who’ve felt unseen, overlooked or under valued by having real conversations that allow women to reflect on their confidence, self esteem, mental health and passions while also celebrating everyday women making history in their lives.
What to Expect:
• An inclusive, welcoming, and intentional environment
• Genuine conversations and real connections
• Guided reflection and a few journaling prompts
• Encouragement, inspiration, and sparking the light inside of you from guest speaker, COO Mylitta Butler
• Celebrating you, your journey, and the history you’re making in your everyday life
Entry is free but the venue requires at least one purchase from their menu which offers choices like açaí bowls, smoothies, coffee, matcha, and more.
